Cancellation Policy

Deposits & Payment A deposit is required at booking and is applied toward your service total. The remaining balance, including applicable New Mexico gross receipts tax, is due at the appointment. Cash is accepted for remaining balances. Exact cash is required. Blue Sky Electrolysis does not keep change on site and cannot provide change for cash payments. Cancellations & Missed Appointments Each appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please cancel or request rescheduling at least 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or for missed appointments (no-shows). A cancellation made exactly 24 hours before the appointment is not a late cancellation. We understand that emergencies happen and will review situations individually. Consultations Where No Treatment Is Performed If you attend your consultation and Robin decides not to provide treatment for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full, provided no treatment is performed. This includes needing to order specialty probes or needles, needing additional hair growth, being unable to provide the treatment you request, determining that our services are not the right fit for your needs, or any other suitability decision. These circumstances are not treated as a late cancellation or missed appointment. When Blue Sky Electrolysis Cannot Provide Treatment For a regular treatment appointment, if Blue Sky Electrolysis cannot provide treatment for a reason on our side, you will never forfeit your deposit. We will offer to reschedule and transfer your deposit to the new appointment, including a different date, or refund your deposit or full payment, as appropriate. No late-cancellation or no-show penalty applies in these circumstances.
